Taking place on 24^th April at Silverstone, the Fleet Show will include the opportunity to test a number of test vehicles from Audi, including its A3 Sportback in 150PS 2.0 TDI SE and Sport models.

Also present to test will be the A4 in Avant and Saloon guise, as well as the A6 and A6 Avant and the A5 Sportback.

The vehicles will form part of a 200-model line-up from 21 manufacturers, which will be available for visitors to drive both on public roads and on both the Grand Prix and Stowe racing circuits.

Meanwhile, in the Fleet Show indoor exhibition area in the Silverstone Wing, Aeromark – the developer of the Optimatics service management solution – will be conducting live demonstrations on its stand to enable show visitors to see how fleet managers have a pivotal role in increasing operational efficiency for the business.

Roger Marks, managing director of Aeromark, said: ‘Companies have been using telematics for a number of years now and this has helped them to identify ways of decreasing fuel costs in their businesses. However the bigger picture is often overlooked. To realise bigger efficiency gains fleet managers and business owners now need to look at how they can integrate their fleet with task management and scheduling to further optimise their business.’

The company added that many firms are looking at this broader vision and in many cases it is the fleet manager that is driving the change.

Aeromark can be found on Stand C2 in Hall 2. Due to the interest levels expected for the demonstrations, the company is offering visitors the chance to pre-book a demonstration via its website.

In addition, this year’s Fleet Show will boast one of the most extensive programmes of interactive fleet seminars ever assembled. Speakers include Rob Anderson of CENEX who will explain some of the latest low-carbon developments the centre is currently testing and how these will impact on fleets in years to come.
