The unique Fleet Driver of The Year event is being organised by ALD Automotive, in association with Fleet World magazine, and event partners Peak Performance and Toyota & Lexus Fleet Services.

Already more than 8,000 drivers have been contacted and whittled down to the top 25 drivers following a scientifically proven online quiz and Fleet Driver Risk Assessment.

With the finals day to take place at the Fleet World Fleet Show on Wednesday 24th April at Silverstone, the remaining competitors are currently being monitored to highlight those with the smoothest, safest, most cost-effective driving behaviour using a benchmarking and scoring process designed in conjunction with ALD Automotive’s partner Peak Performance. 

An anonymised weekly scoreboard allows competitors to improve their performance while ALD’s award-winning ProFleet2 Telematics provides all the in-depth information to highlight any risks that would normally go unnoticed.

The 10 drivers with the best results will continue on to compete in the grand finale at the Fleet World Fleet Show.
