The forthcoming GT, which will be on display at the Show on Wednesday 24^th April, joins the 3 Series saloon and Touring models to offer a more practical option with the sporty dynamics of the former, and the versatility of the other, in a unique and attractively designed package.

Benefiting from a longer and taller body, and an increased wheelbase, the new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo offers increased interior space and load area volume from within a sporty, coupé-like form.

At the Fleet World Fleet Show, the 3 Series GT will be joined by the fully electric BMW ActiveE, which will be available for fleet decision-makers to test-drive.

Based on the 1 Series Coupé, the ActiveE is an electric four-seat sports coupé with full everyday usability combined with space and comfort.

Only produced in limited numbers, the ActiveE is being tested by motorists around the globe and provides an insight into technology set for the BMW’s first fully electric car, the i3, which goes on sale in the second half of this year. Fleet decision-makers testing the model will be able to assess the benefits of the technology for their own fleet mobility.

Other BMW models available to test at the Fleet World Fleet Show will include the 118d M Sport, 320d ED, X1 M Sport, which form part of a line-up of over 200 models from 21 manufacturers available to test both the Grand Prix and Stowe circuits at Silverstone as well as public roads.
