The latest new release of the Bynx mobility management platform brings enhanced accident management services

Fleet World’s all-new Supplier of the Week title recognises those firms going above and beyond to help their clients. In the case of Bynx, this reflects the firm’s new developments to its fleet, leasing and mobility management platform.

The latest Bynx 12.14 release introduces a number of new developments, including re-engineering the Accident Management module to enable a user ‘task’ based platform that ensures each step in the process is controlled, from initial driver accident notification capture and FNOL, through to repair completion.

This enables the proactive management of the whole process, including app-based driver engagement with image and video damage capture. The module also includes a rules engine, which gives greater control over end-customer needs through simplified configuration.

Other changes to the latest Bynx version include enhanced maintenance management, simplified access to emissions data and the inclusion of more user guides within Bynx itself.

Bynx has also further enhanced its WLTP API in preparation for the latest price and specification updates from the leading suppliers. And there are improvements to contract management to further distinguish between B2C, B2B and international customers.
