Fleet Alliance to launch lifestyle management benefit for staff
The new lifestyle management benefit is available for all Fleet Alliance staff in conjunction with service provider, Time and Knowledge, and covers a huge array of products and services from booking a holiday to finding suitable workmen or looking after family pets.
Martin Brown (Inset), Fleet Alliance managing director said: 'Everyone is very busy these days with a modicum of time for their personal lives. Our staff work very hard and we wanted to give them an extra benefit that would help them organise their personal lives by reducing the time and effort required to organise things.
'So, we are introducing a new lifestyle management concierge facility to help our staff accomplish any task they don't have the time or knowledge to manage themselves.
'These could vary from activities such as finding a reliable plumber or decorator, arranging a holiday, booking flights, sourcing tickets for a popular event or searching for the perfect gift. For all or any of them, a lifestyle management specialist from Time and Knowledge is available to organise things,' he said.
The new concierge service helps Fleet Alliance staff to manage their work/life balance by delegating the organisation of their personal life. The service frees up valuable time by providing a solution to whatever they need doing, from expertly finding and managing reliable suppliers for a project, to simply finding out the best way to accomplish a particular task.
'Our staff can use the concierge service as many times as they like, for any task, no matter how simple or time-consuming and complex. There is nothing to pay other than the cost of the product or service recommended. All suppliers are vetted to ensure they are reputable and provide the highest levels of service,' said Martin Brown.
The new lifestyle management service has been added to the list of core benefits for Fleet Alliance staff and is available from the New Year.
