Fleet Alliance scoops Experteye customer service award for second year running

The Glasgow-based leasing and fleet management specialist again topped the category that recognises customer service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total. Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2015 from Experteye’s market-leading post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

“To win this accolade for the second year in succession reflects the strength of Fleet Alliance’s customer satisfaction ratings which have been consistently impressive,” said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.

“All results are based on independent feedback we receive from their customers, making Fleet Alliance deserved winners of our award for best customer service for the second year running.”

Fleet Alliance has just reported a fifth successive record year in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability and now has a record fleet size of 18,400 vehicles under management on behalf of business customers, following growth in both the SME and mid-corporate sectors of the market.

Fleet Alliance managing director Martin Brown said: “We are delighted to have again been rated the best vehicle leasing and fleet management company in this category in terms of customer service to fleet operators.

“Customer service is at the heart of everything we do and this year’s award is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our customer-facing staff who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers.”
