Former Fiat fleet and remarketing director Francis Bleasdale has joined BCA as business development director, OEM.

Bleasdale previously spent five years in senior roles with Fiat-Chrysler Automobile, including the past year spent in Fiat-Chrysler’s Turin headquarters working in international sales operations and four years with responsibilities as the UK fleet & remarketing director.

He also spent nine years at Nissan in a number of key roles including UK LCV sales & marketing director and head of fleet & used cars (Europe).

His new role will see him assume responsibilities for a number of key manufacturer customers including BMW and Toyota. It follows BMW’s five-year Auto Services Solutions contract with BCA, which was announced in August and will see BCA provide a range of solutions from defleet, refurbishment, inspection and collection, inventory management and remarketing for BMW UK, including for Alphabet.
