Fiat streamlines 500X line-up

Fiat has streamlined the 500X line-up, offering the small SUV with a choice of three trim levels and upgraded infotainment.

The range now comprises urban-styled Pop and Pop Star trims and SUV-inspired Cross Plus, deleting the Lounge and Cross versions. Customers can add a Cold Weather pack with a heated steering wheel, seats and windscreen, and the City Pack with folding electric mirrors and a reversing camera.

Pop Star and Cross Plus get the new-generation Uconnect infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay app streaming, as well as the Uconnect Live service with internet radio, news, connected navigation and social media functions.

Engine options comprise 1.6-litre 118bhp and 2.0-litre 138bhp diesels, and 1.6-litre 108bhp, and 1.4-litre turbo petrols with 138bhp or 178bhp. The most powerful diesel and petrol units are equipped with four-wheel drive.

Prices start from £15,550 on the road.
