McNicholl previously worked at Motability Operations in various sales and marketing roles, most recently as manufacturer account manager.

In his new role, he takes over responsibility for working in partnership with Motability Operations to provide FCA vehicles to the Motability Scheme, helping to grow sales and looking at ways to further improve customer experience. The role also involves providing the tenders and processes to supply FCA vehicles to public sector organisations.

“I’m delighted to be taking on this new challenge in the FCA Fleet Department,” said McNicholl. “It’s a great time to be joining the organisation, with Jeep currently the fastest growing marque in the UK and with FCA offering greater levels of choice across all our product ranges. I’m looking forward to growing the presence of FCA UK in the public sector and increasing market share within the Motability Scheme.”

McNicholl will report to fleet and business sales director Francis Bleasdale, who added: “I welcome Neil to this new role within the fleet department. He has wide experience gained working with Motability and his knowledge of vehicle supply to the public sector will help us to continue moving forward this year and into 2016.”
