FCA enhances corporate sales offering
FCA Fleet and Business has appointed fleet support agency ROI in a move to further develop, expand and enhance FCA’s corporate sales offering.
ROI will support FCA –named ‘Most Improved Manufacturer of the Year’ in the Fleet World Honours – with a dedicated 30-strong sales team, including a team of field sales managers, experienced dealer coaches, lead generation, fleet support and a business centre.
The deal will see ROI focus on day-to-day sales activity, CRM and growing volumes, allowing the FCA team to focus on developing key relationships, strengthening offers and improving the customer experience.
