Hall, who will be part of Lex Autolease’s executive management team, joins the business after five years as commercial director at Arval UK where she led the sales, customer service and marketing strategy for the business. She began her career in contract hire in 1986 at Lex Vehicle Leasing and went on to hold a number of senior sales positions within the organisation.

In her new role as director of broker and branded solutions, Hall is responsible for a 60-strong team that leads Lex Autolease’s relationship with the broker community and its white-label service offering to vehicle manufacturers, including Honda, Jaguar Land Rover, Mitsubishi and Volvo, among others. The division is accountable for over 50,000 vehicles.
