Greene was formerly a principal at private equity firm CHB Capital Partners and has been with FleetCor’s Business Development division since 2009 where he has been instrumental in sourcing and closing acquisitions in Brazil, Mexico, Australasia and the UK. 

At epyx, he will have responsibility for strategy, finances and operations.

The incumbent management team will be reporting in to Greene and Greg Connell, former managing director, will work with him to ensure a smooth management transition.
