Enterprise currently has two branches in the city, but the new location will provide business travellers and tourists visiting York with easier access to Enterprise’s Pick-Up service, discounted weekend rates and one-way rentals. 

Brian Waligora, general manager of Enterprise in the north of England, said: 'Thousands of people go through York train station every day and for many, hiring a car is the most flexible and practical choice for onward travel.'
