Eight members of Zenith celebrate decade of service
They are Tim Fendyke (Accident Management ULR Team Leader), Gilly Brook (Financial Accounting manager), Jennifer Brandwood (Senior Receptionist), Lesley Wood (Funding Administrator), Hilary Freear (Team manager), Jonathan Smith (head of Customer Relationships – Corporate), Chris Hinchcliffe (Fleet Services executive) and David Rees (Customer Relationship manager).
Zenith puts its success in retaining valuable employees down to a number of factors, many of which were recognised by Zenith being named "One to Watch" in the prestigious "Best Companies to Work For" survey which quizzed employees on all aspects of the company and their roles within it.
Zenith’s investment in its employees was demonstrated with the recent launch of a new Employee Share Scheme, which forms part of its extensive employee benefits package. Zenith also has an ‘Academy’ which provides employees with individual training plans and the ability to obtain professional qualifications.
