In addition to providing training, the modules also ask questions on key topics and now include the ability to export the driver responses so that fleet managers can pinpoint where drivers may need further support.

‘We have a suite of 15 driver training modules,’ said Jonathan Mosley, E-Training World’s director of sales and marketing. ‘Each module asks the driver questions on key topics and then provides training through answers and explanations. ‘Fleet managers can now better interrogate the answers to identify the gaps in individual driver’s knowledge, enabling them to pinpoint with even greater clarity than before where future training interventions should be made.’

Designed to offer fleets the chance to offer tailored web-based training, E-Training World’s e-driver training modules cover topics such as rear-end collisions, parking and manoeuvring, vehicle checks, mobile phones, speed awareness, adverse weather conditions, hazard perception, UK road signs and markings, eco-driving and road rage.
