And NAFA has also said that early indications show that the number of I&E visitors is set to reach 2007's level, before the economic downturn began. Registration is now up 30% over this time last year.

NAFA’s 2011 I&E will take place 9-12 April in Charlotte, NC. The event brings more than 2,000 fleet industry professionals together for four days of education, trade show experience, and networking. Every industry segment from corporate to government, university, and public service will have fleet managers in attendance.

NAFA’s executive director, Phillip Russo, CAE, said: 'Everyone is coming to network. This is a small industry, relatively speaking, and the way to get business done is by getting to know the players. And there’s no other place where more fleet managers and suppliers will be in greater numbers than I&E.

The Expo Hall will be open Sunday 10 April from 12.00pm to 5.00pm and Monday 11 April between 11.00am and 3.00pm. More than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest in fleet products and services and more than 100 different types of services and product categories will be on display.

'In my 20+ years at NAFA, I don’t recall ever experiencing as much buzz about one of our conferences as the one coming up in Charlotte next month,' concluded Mr Russo.
