Combined driver safety and fleet claims solution launches

Claims management solutions specialist Agile Developments has teamed up with global voice-based tech firm Ping to deliver an integrated fleet claims and driver safety package.

The tie-up combines both a driver safety tool and a digital claims solution

The tie-up combines the Agile Claim solution with Ping’s app that can help eradicate distracted driving.

The Agile Claim app is designed to help reduce claims management costs, processing time and resources, while combating potential fraudulent claims, mitigating losses and improving the customer journey and experience.

It’s now combined with the Ping voice platform, which removes the ‘urge’ for drivers to check their phone by automatically reading emails, texts, dispatch notifications and any other time-sensitive messages out loud, so they stay focused on the road. It also enables employers and customers to safely communicate with drivers in real-time, increasing productivity and saving downtime and costs.

The platform enables fleet managers, drivers and insurers to manage risk more effectively, and is available via standalone and white-label apps or can be embedded in the client’s own app.

Barrie Arnold, co-founder and chief revenue officer at Ping, commented: “Three insurance KPIs come up again and again: reduce claims, increase brand engagement and demonstrate customer-facing innovation / differentiation. With Ping and Agile Claim offering a modular, plug-and-play approach, clients can choose the components that best fit their needs to address these exact goals.”

Scott Greenhill, founder and CEO of Agile Developments Group, added: “We are excited to be partnering with Ping to offer customers both a driver safety tool and transformational digital claims solution.”
