The standard shows that the firm consistently delivers a high quality service that is continually improved upon, and has been awarded alongside the ISO 9001 (Quality) certification which was re-issued in November after a stringent renewal audit.

Leading the project, group information security manager Daren Meek said: “This is a major achievement and further testament to the commitment we have to our customers. We are already working through plans to extend the scope of our ISO certifications globally.

“Information Security Management Systems have been established throughout all European operations to ensure effective confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

“Obtaining any ISO accreditation is an achievement to be proud of. To pass both vigorous inspections and audits of our management systems and be awarded ISO status helps further improve our levels of customer satisfaction. The ISO 27001 standard will ensure that we continue to handle customer information in a secure and correct manner, every time.”
