City Auction Group has made a raft of senior management appointments, including a new chairman and chief executive.
The changes see former CEO Raymond Hill now become chairman of the group, while Michael Tomalin takes up the reins of CEO, following 10 years as managing director.
In addition, company accountant Helena O’Neil has been appointed the new group finance director, David Scott, previously general manager at City Auction Group, Belfast, becomes the group sales director and corporate sales manager Lynn Girvan has been appointed as the corporate fleet director.
Michael Tomalin said: “We have made these new senior appointments to take the business to the next level. We have experienced huge growth over the last 12 months and are on target to achieve another record year. The ongoing major investment across the group at Rockingham and Belfast featuring new service solutions such as technical services has attracted new corporate clients such as LeasePlan, SsangYong, TCH Leasing, Ogilvie Fleet, Leasys and ACI Finance.
“The new management team has the right skills and experience to provide a world-class service to our expanding portfolio of customers. We are constantly looking at ways to enhance the value we bring to vendors and buyers and have some exciting plans around this over the next 12-18 months.”
