The company provides catering management services to a diverse clientele throughout the UK, and runs a three-tier company car fleet and around 10 small vans on contract hire agreements without maintenance.

Catering Academy appointed Prestige on the basis of its service centre network, which provided good geographical coverage, as well as the reporting provided by its Unity SMR management system.

Purchasing director Robert Smith explained: “The Unity system provides me with all the management information I need at a glance to check on the progress of all our vehicles having work carried out. And if there is an issue, we have a dedicated account manager to iron out any problems we may have.

“In the near three months that they have been working with us, we have been very happy. We have had a bad servicing experience in the past – now we believe we have a very good one,” he added.

Prestige commercial director Joe Bhamra said: “Naturally, we are delighted to be able to welcome Catering Academy to our constantly growing list of corporate clients, and we will strive to provide them with the very highest level of top quality SMR work that we provide to all our corporate customers.”
