John Watts moves to international senior editor LCVs. He is replaced by Steven Botfield, who brings a wealth of experience from a career that spans Manheim, Commercial Vehicle Auctions and IT Fleet Automotive.

Philip Buckden becomes international audit and analysis manager and will lead an international team of analysts. He joins the business from a data scientist role at Asda.

Dylan Setterfield, previously ‎senior editor of forecasting, becomes international senior editor forecast car values. He will be replaced in the UK role by Andrew Mee, who has held a number of analysis roles in cap hpi, Lloyds TSB Autolease and Lex Autolease.

Adrian Rushmore, operations director at cap hpi, commented: “We continue to attract new talent to grow our data and insight teams in the UK and internationally.

“Our operation will have technology at the centre of all data activities, from collection and processing, through to delivery and the development of new applications.”

The latest appointments come some six months after CAP and HPI announced they were merging their operations to a joint head office in Leeds following CAP's acquisition by parent company Solera Holdings.

Rushmore added: “By centralising our operations in Leeds, we create an international hub that ensures our systems, coding, data collection processes, and valuation methodologies are consistent, scalable and repeatable for every country that cap hpi enters in the coming years.”
