Bridle Group joins Fleet Procure online procurement platform
The Bridle Group has partnered with online platform Fleet Procure, to streamline its vehicle procurement and doubling the platform’s market influence.
The addition of The Bridle Group to the Fleet Procure system will give the dealer/broker e-procurement service significantly greater influence in the market with an annual vehicle purchasing power of more than 15,000 units.
The Bridle Group, based in Witney, Oxfordshire, recently re-organised and rebranded its 14 Bridle Vehicle Leasing group of companies under the one group banner. In addition, Fulton Leasing and Plan Car Leasing brands, which are owned by the group but trade as separate limited companies, will also join the e-procurement platform.
Managing director of Fleet Procure, Lee Jones, said: “The signing of The Bridle Group is significant. It doubles the buying power we have and will also open the doors for us to work more closely with vehicle manufacturers. The partnership with The Bridle Group will allow us to implement further developments on our platform and to offer our partners even more features over the next 12 months.”
Alan Carreras, managing director of The Bridle Group, added: “The Fleet Procure platform is perfectly suited to our needs, to those of our partners and to our clients. The intuitive nature of the system makes an end-to-end transaction not only effortless but seamless, too.”
Fleet Procure’s purpose built platform was developed to provide a fast route to market for car dealers looking to engage with vehicle leasing companies, encompassing all aspects of the procurement process from initial quotation all the way through to delivery and payout. The platform now has more than 200 dealers signed up, including the recently added Wessex Garages Group, and is adding more with continuing recruitment.
