BCA introduces new ‘cinch’ online service for used car buyers
BCA has launched a new online service intended to simplify the used-car buying process for consumers while bringing better leads for dealers and car supermarkets.
Dubbed ‘cinch’, the new service enables consumers to search for their perfect car from a trusted dealer network or car supermarket. This in turn provides better quality leads to dealers, with the aim of increasing conversion rates and removing inefficiency.
The service – which only lists cars under seven years old that have covered 70,000 miles or less – is being run as a new brand from BCA, operating as a sister brand to webuyanycar.com, which will be working in partnership with cinch to provide valuations to those consumers looking to sell their car.
The launch of the new service comes just weeks after the board at BCA Marketplace agreed the terms of a potential £1.9bn takeover through TDR Capital LLP.
