BCA drives buyer experience with new appointment

Stuart Gibbons has assumed the newly created role of director of buyer services at BCA as the remarketing giant looks to develop new services and enhance the buying experience.

Gibbons joined BCA in January 2014 as customer director, introducing initiatives including the development of an enhanced buyer feedback process and using NPS (net promoter score) to measure buyer satisfaction.

His career background also includes six years at the AA in roles including head of commercial management.

In his new position, he reports to Stuart Pearson, managing director UK remarketing, who commented: “This a new role in BCA and marks the strategic importance of the function to the company. We have put the customer at the heart of our business and will use the latest data tools to monitor and continually improve customer services. Stuart brings a passion for innovation to the role and will bring new solutions to the market.”
