BCA has appointed Stuart Gibbons to the role of head of customer experience.

Stuart Gibbons joins BCA as its new head of customer experience

Gibbons joins the senior operational team, and the new role will include the leadership of the buyer development team, digital operations, and customer services.

Simon Henstock, BCA’s COO UK Remarketing, said: “Stuart will drive a new focus around our service proposition.
