Autoserve ties up with Trakm8 to expand telematics offering

Vehicle management and maintenance provider Autoserve has partnered with Trakm8 to expand its telematics offering.

Autoserve is expanding its telematics services to meet growing customer demand

The new services are being launched to meet growing demand from Autoserve customers for a more diverse set of fleet management capabilities and will enable it to offer a complete telematics service to all fleets. This furthers its existing range of vehicle management solutions, which include SMR, accident management and breakdown assistance and provide 24/7 support for customers.

Ron Sutton, managing director at Autoserve, said the partnership has been founded on the many similarities between the two companies’ approaches: “The experience we strive to provide to customers is one in which they can address any potential opportunity or concern with a single phone call to our team and it was crucial that any prospective partner had a similar capability and outlook.

“Trakm8’s complete suite of fleet management solutions, from vehicle optimisation, driver safety and training and remote vehicle health checks, ensures Autoserve customers receive the same high standards when speaking with Trakm8.”

Chris Horbowyj, channel sales director at Trakm8, continued: “Our partnership with Autoserve will bring the benefits of telematics technology to even more drivers and fleet managers. Autoserve’s customers now have access to the key benefits that Trakm8 technology can bring, from decreased fuel use, better driving behaviour and reduced insurance premiums and we’re looking forward to partnering with more businesses throughout 2021.”
