Autoglass ADAS calibration centre opens in Cardiff
Autoglass has opened a new centre in Cardiff to provide calibration services for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
The new Autoglass centre in Cardiff forms part of plans for total of 45 ADAS calibration centres by the end of the year.
Located on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, Gwaelod-y-Garth, the site joins the firm’s growing network of static calibration centres, with Autoglass planning to have a total of 45 in operation by the end of the year alongside its mobile calibration service.
Wayne Parfett, operations manager, Autoglass, said: “With most new cars now having several safety features that rely on ADAS to work properly, we’ve been working hard to raise awareness of the need for calibration, and also to meet the growing demand.”For more of the latest industry news, click here.
