ATS teams up with Allstar Business Solutions for new "one-stop-shop" payment card
Named "ATS ASSIST", the card is aimed at fleets running cars, vans, trucks and trailers and allows companies to use a single payment card solution for everything from tyres to fuel and windscreen replacement to vehicle rental.
A single weekly or monthly invoice is sent to managers detailing all transactions, vehicle by vehicle, eliminating the need for drivers to collect receipts and claim expenses. The collective online information also provides a clear fleet cost analysis, enabling businesses to identify purchasing trends and potential cost savings more readily.
The card is available in two versions – Silver and Gold – with customers able to utilise a combination of the two. Silver membership is free and can be used across ATS Euromaster's nationwide network for batteries, brakes, exhausts, fault diagnostics, MOTs, oil changes, shocks and tyres. For commercial vehicle operators this includes access to ATS Euromaster's 24/7 roadside rapid response service for tyre-related breakdowns.
Gold membership can also be used to pay for fuel, breakdown recovery with The AA, windscreen replacement and car or van rental. The Gold card is accepted at the AllStar fuelcourt network which includes low-cost supermarket fuel stations and ensures companies pay forecourt petrol or diesel prices. The consolidated invoice is HMRC compliant, enabling businesses to claim back 100% of the VAT.
The ATS ASSIST card differs from a credit card as outstanding payments must be made in full – however it offers payment terms of up to 35 days.
