Arval customers sign up to new online customer community

Arval has gone live with a new online platform that enables its customers to provide feedback on a range of subjects.

Dubbed My Arval Community, the platform launched at the start of this month and Arval reports that customers have been quick to get involved.

Features include quick polls on topical subjects, discussions that enable members to share views with their peers and studies, which provide Arval with in-depth feedback on topics ranging from new product development and through to the latest issues impacting the fleet industry. The combined output is then collated and shared with the community.

Andy Fuller, corporate sales director at Arval, said: “The future success of our business is built on our ability to effectively engage with our customers. The decisions we make and the products and services we develop should always be underpinned by customer feedback and we believe that My Arval Community is a great way of doing this.”
