The awards, which were launched in 2010, are judged on the performance of ARI’s UK-accredited garages over the previous 12 months, with a particular focus on customer service, quality, reliability and professionalism.

Incorporating six categories this year, the awards recognise the efforts of Masterserve members that strive to go the extra mile by offering great levels of customer satisfaction and high quality servicing, as well as investing in apprenticeship schemes.

The Masterserve Network comprises more than 500 independent outlets that are accredited and continuously monitored by ARI to guarantee a consistently reliable service for all fleet consumers, whatever their location.

The event will be held on 2nd October at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

Peter Janes, network development manager at ARI, said: ‘Yet again, this year the achievements of our Masterserve Network have surpassed all expectations, with both new garages and established members delivering consistently high standards of quality and service.

‘We have ambitious plans for the network in 2015, and it’s important that we continue to support these independent businesses to enable them to grow with us. We look forward to bringing our garages together under one roof to toast their success.’
