ARI continues leasing sector growth with key appointment

ARI Fleet UK has appointed Matthew Hayesman as vehicle acquisition manager for the Complete division.

The newly created role supports ARI’s work to continue its expansion and specialism in the leasing market under its recently created Complete division – part of a restructure to support the company in delivering more traditional funding and fleet management solutions.

ARI’s leasing portfolio is doubling every year and the appointment of Hayesman to the new role will enable its Complete division to elevate its leasing capabilities, while also increasing customer service.

Hayesman will help develop the team’s product knowledge, particularly on EVs in line with their increased adoption. He will also work to build relationships with key partners in the sector and ensure the delivery of key service level agreements (SLA) for the growing customer base.

Hayesman brings more than 10 years’ fleet sector experience – most recently in running the order management team in ALD – and a further five in vehicle insurance.

Matt Cranny, director – Complete Division, leasing & supplier manager, said: “ARI’s leasing portfolio continues to grow at a phenomenal rate. This growth is a testament to our people and our investment in our leasing capabilities.

“The appointment of Matthew brings more strength in depth, knowledge and experience to our team so we can continue to innovate and deliver the best possible service to our customers.”
