Hill brings extensive experience in the fleet and leasing industry, having spent many years working in senior management roles at Lex Autolease and more recently Fleet Logistics.

In his new role, he will work with existing multi-national clients that are looking to integrate fleet-related health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) standards and compliance policies worldwide. The company, which is already present in 37 countries worldwide, will also use Hill’s appointment to grow its international customer base as part of its global business development strategy.

“A managed risk and compliance solution is becoming increasingly more important for international fleet operators, so I am looking forward to working alongside the ADT team and using my extensive experience to support the development of the business,” commented Martin Hill. “ADT’s products and services are extremely professional and a perfect fit for an organisation’s global footprint across any combination of fleet drivers.”

Andy Phillips, director of Applied Driving Techniques, said: “This latest appointment will help us deliver unrivalled fleet compliance and achieve highest levels of duty of care for our customers, whatever countries or regions they operate in. Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will further strengthen our international capabilities and make a valuable contribution to our growth strategy moving forward.”
