BS 10500 is an anti-bribery management system that provides a framework for managing and continually improving an organisation's policies, procedures and processes.

The law requires that companies have "adequate procedures" in place to combat bribery and corruption. According to the British Standards Institution, BS 10500 is a checklist to make sure companies have included everything necessary. It also saves time transforming the legislation into practical measures.
