Alphabet boosts employee engagement with new appointment

Ms Witty's role focuses on three key areas of the business: cultural values, reward and recognition, and corporate social responsibility and charity. With her goals firmly set and over 10 years of experience at BMW Group UK, she will also be kicking off collaborative schemes across the business.

Commenting on the appointment, Ms Witty said: “Alphabet as a business is hugely infectious. The teams thrive on a strong employee culture; something that Alphabet has worked hard to nurture over the past couple of years. It’s not about hierarchy, it’s about an organisation that has grown together over time. I am thrilled to be part of a business whose senior executive team is so enthusiastic about the role each employee plays and this is something I am excited to be involved in.”
