Alphabet appoints new general manager for customer relationship management

Jenkins joins Alphabet from outside of the fleet leasing and mobility industry, bringing with her a deep appreciation of account management, customer service and customer experience.

She spent 15 years at Alternative Networks/ICB, an information technology and services company, in a variety of roles including Head of Client Management, Head of Service Management and Head of Enterprise Service.

Commenting on her new role, Jenkins said: “I am incredibly excited to be joining the Alphabet business and look forward to working with such a vibrant and forward thinking team.”

Jenkins will report directly to chief commercial officer, Martin Quail, who said: “We are committed to focusing on all elements of a person’s ‘journey’ and not just the provision of a car, van or a lease product.

“It’s about people and how we engage with them in an energised and relevant way.”

Quail continued: “We operate in a mature market with tried-and-tested approaches to business and customer engagement, therefore we were looking for someone different. Deborah impressed us with her ability to think outside the box and to bring a fresh perspective from the start. Her articulate and decisive manner, along with her extensive experience in customer relationship management made her an obvious choice for the role. We are delighted to welcome Deborah to the Alphabet Family.”
