All Fleet Services launches new Apprenticeship Academy

The new All Fleet Services Apprenticeship ,which begins recruitment on 1 March and starts on the 1 May, will recruit five apprentices a year to join the company for at least 12 months. Each apprentice will complete the Gloucestershire College apprenticeship programme along with a brand new ten subject, bespoke training package that will equip the apprentices with a broad spectrum of workplace and business skills.

At the end of the programme, each successful apprentice will graduate with an All Fleet Services Apprenticeship. They will be guaranteed, as a minimum, an interview for a full-time permanent position within the business and any that are not successful will benefit from a job finding pack that will include a professionally written CV, interview training and job finding support.

Dave Scobie, managing director of All Fleet, said: ‘We are delighted to be announcing the introduction of the new All Fleet Services Apprenticeship Academy. We have always been great believers in apprenticeships having recruited 34 over 3 years, but this new Academy represents a step change for us. We have completely re-designed our Apprenticeship package to make it the best that it possibly can be.

‘Our business is growing very fast on the back of providing bespoke, industry leading, contact centre and administrative services to the automotive industry. This is presenting a wide range of exciting job opportunities for the right individuals with a high customer service ethos. The new Academy will bring bright young people with little or no work experience into the business environment and equip them with the skills, knowledge and confidence to be an effective team member within the business. We hope that the majority will graduate directly into full-time permanent positions.’
