ALD signs up FMG for 24/7 driver support
ALD Automotive has signed up FMG to provide 24/7 driver support for its customers.
ALD will integrate FMG’s 24/7 accident management service into its commercial vehicle and company car leasing solution, providing drivers with across-the-board incident management services.
These include first notification of loss, vehicle recovery, repair and downtime management, as well as mobility and a range of legal services including uninsured loss recovery and third-party intervention.
FMG’s incident management process is supported by its Ingenium in-house technology platform, which triages every incident into automated workflows. Other time-saving features include a full range of flexible repair options including same-day mobile repair, mobile estimates, image capture technology and an online repair tracking system.
Ian Turner, sales director at ALD Automotive, said the new partnership with FMG is expected to deliver immediate benefits to ALD’s corporate customers, as well as meeting their future needs.
