ALD Automotive has strengthened its senior management team as it reports another record year of growth.

Anna Woodward, legal and compliance director and Steve Lavery, customer service director at ALD Automotive UK.

The fleet and leasing specialist increased its fleet size to over 130,000 vehicles in 2016 and also moved to a new 40,000 square feet head office in Bristol in December to accommodate further continued expansion.

Underlining ALD Automotive’s commitment to compliance within an increasingly regulated market, Anna Woodward, who joined ALD in 2013, has been promoted to legal and compliance director after helping guide the business through a complex period of significant legislative change.

In addition, Steve Lavery has been appointed as customer service director. Lavery joins the company from EE where he spent two years as head of customer experience. In his new role he will spearhead ALD’s objective to become the benchmark for service delivery in the vehicle leasing sector.
