Agility Fleet has deployed Jaama’s Key2 business solution to put the foundations in place for its future fleet growth plans.

Agility, which provides vehicle funding and fleet management solutions, has on-boarded Key2 to integrate and manage all aspects of its fleet business from asset and contract management to quoting and finance.

The cloud-based system replaces an aging legacy system, providing a seamless integrated solution capable of generating quotes for multiple sales channels. Key2 enables the robust management of Agility’s contract hire and short-term leasing proposition as well as fleet management products and services such as whole life cost analysis and accident management.

The new solution also helps Agility’s fleet customers as they move to electric. Key2 Quotes enables drivers to understand the pros and cons when moving from an ICE car to a hybrid or EV by presenting all the different options side-by-side, including Benefit-in-Kind taxation, in an easy-to-understand format.

The Key2 platform is also essential for Agility’s growing broker partner network, enabling each one to manage their own customers, including quote generation.
