A new partnership between telematics specialist Abax and the Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators (AVRO) is set to bring a wealth of benefits for UK recovery operators.

The UK’s oldest-established trade association for recovery operators, AVRO is focused on raising standards in the recovery industry and the link with Abax is the next step in driving this approach.  

The tie-up will provide members with an opportunity to gain comprehensive visibility of all assets within their business, from vehicles and equipment right through to tools at a special rate.

As well as helping to secure vehicles, Abax can also help optimise their operation. While the business is largely known for its vehicle telematics solutions, in recent years it has also rapidly expanded into data-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. This includes its driving behaviour solution; latest Abax investment in the solution has designed and developed a user interface that makes it much easier to analyse data, such as fleet trends and driving patterns, and draw actionable conclusions in areas such as improving fuel costs and emissions.
