2018 Experteye awards winners revealed

Manufacturers and leasing firms including Volvo, Fleet Alliance and Ogilvie Fleet have taken the top honours in this year’s Experteye awards.

Experteye Awards

Fleet CSI awards for 2018 have been awarded to Fleet Alliance for smaller fleets and Ogilvie Fleet for larger operators

Bestowed purely as a result of independent feedback from fleet customers, leasing companies and drivers, the accolades include the annual Fleeteye CSI award, which goes to the leasing provider that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. For 2018, this was awarded to Fleet Alliance for smaller fleets and Ogilvie Fleet for larger operators.

Meanwhile Volvo took the gong for the best fleet manufacturer while Skoda was given the most improved fleet manufacturer title. These awards are based on research undertaken by Experteye with senior decision-makers across the major leasing firms.

Lexus took both the new vehicle sales and after sales category titles among the awards for dealer groups and manufacturers – marking a first for any carmaker. These awards are given for driver satisfaction for new vehicle sales and aftersales, based on feedback from over 100,000 drivers of leased vehicles in Experteye’s Touchpoint survey.

Finally Hitachi Personal Finance was recognised with the Customer Innovation Award.
