Total Motion strengthens management team

Leicester-based Total Motion has strengthened its management team with several new senior appointments and promotions.

The changes see the vehicle management company’s head of finance Mark Hughes promoted to finance director while Kelly Longmuir, business manager, becomes commercial director.

In addition, Matt Neale has joined as operations director and brings 17 years’ industry experience, having worked for Lombard Vehicle Management, Masterlease and National Car Parks before joining Fraikin, where he managed the UK Support Centre. Most recently he was operations manager and rental lead for BT Fleet.

In his new role Neale will be accountable for fleet administration, rental, driver support and the complete procurement portfolio.

Total Motion has also appointed Nigel Hope, who has been with the company for three and a half years, to the newly created position of technical services manager.

Elsewhere Sean Griffin has been promoted to fleet administration manager while Natasha Myers becomes sales support manager.

In addition, Tom Price, who joined the company initially in fleet administration just over a year ago, has been promoted to rental and logistics manager.

Also new to the team are Lewis Carroll as business change manager, Tracey Ryan as business support manager and HR and marketing manager Raquel Lesta.

Managing director Simon Hill said: “By strengthening our management team we’re now in an even better position to drive the business forward.

“We’ve grown rapidly but we’ve never lost sight of our core values and are committed to providing the highest levels of customer care.”
