The Fuelcard Company launches SMR management solution

The Fuelcard Company has launched a new online portal that enables fleets to make and manage vehicle service, maintenance and repair bookings at local garages and benefit from discounts.

Service+ offers fleets the ability to book vehicles into a local garage from an approved network of 9,000 independent and franchised garages.

Dubbed Service+ and aimed at SMEs, the solution offers fleets the ability to book vehicles into a local garage from an approved network of 9,000 independent and franchised garages.

It also brings control for managers with a system that prevents overpricing through built in limits and offers the added benefit of receiving discounts of up to 50% on labour and 15% on parts.

Other benefits include:

  • Approval of work directly with the garage to facilitate work without adding authorisation layers
  • A single consolidated HMRC approved invoice – combining all fuel and service, maintenance and repair spend
  • The ability to access full service histories for fleet vehicles online
  • A reminder service for MoT, insurance, tax and servicing deadlines.

Paul Baker, vice president customer management at The Fuelcard Company, said: “Service+ is a simple solution for service, maintenance and repair management, and allows customers to take advantage of the time and financial savings, gain control but still use the local garage that is convenient to them.”

Service+ is available at no additional cost and can be added to any of The Fuelcard Company cards. To find out more, visit www.thefuelcardcompany.com/ServicePlus or call us on 0845 456 1400.
