Software Europe customers can now access licence checking services through its Expenses solution under a new partnership with Licence Check.

The service is provided through Software Europe’s Expenses cloud solution and enables private and public sector firms to check drivers have the correct category entitlement and eligibility to drive and set up automatically scheduled rechecks. It also provides dynamic monitoring for ‘at risk’ drivers, with notifications, warnings and detailed reporting.

Richard Brown, managing director of Licence Check, said: “It’s still quite surprising the number of organisations that don’t fully understand the implications of failing to check all the relevant credentials needed to confirm if employees are eligible to drive.

“We still need to be educating all businesses that approve work related journeys of their legal obligations, so it’s great to be working with Software Europe and providing licence checking services to their private and public sector customers.”
