PSA and Mitsubishi to collaborate on electric LCVs
The carmakers have signed an agreement to start the technical development of electric versions of the Peugeot Partner and Citroen Berlingo, which will begin production in 2012.
In the press statement, the firms said that they would both be involved in the technical and industrial aspects and are looking to begin production in 2012.
The latest agreement is a continuation of the previous deal on the jointly developed European Peugeot iOn and Citroen C-ZERO models based on the i-MiEV electric vehicle.
