Norton Rose reports successful launch of salary sacrifice scheme
Named "NR Cars", the scheme is open to all of the company's UK resident permanent employees, offering them a tax-efficient way to run a car.
The package is all inclusive, incorporating: insurance, road tax, maintenance, replacement tyres, windscreen cover, breakdown and recovery, accident management and an account management service.
Zenith Provecta is looking to generate high interest in the scheme and demonstrate the benefits through roadshows, posters, flyers, employee surveys and other communications. Employees also have access to a dedicated website to explore options, obtain quotes, compare savings and place orders.
"NR Cars" went live at the start of May 2011 and Zenith Provecta received the first orders within just a week of the scheme launch.
Mandy Campbell, pensions & benefits manager for Norton Rose, commented: 'We were looking for a high-quality, experienced provider of salary sacrifice for cars with a proven track record in delivering successful schemes. Zenith Provecta were chosen as we were confident they could deliver to our requirements. We were able to build a close working relationship with their team and have been impressed by the implementation process. NR Cars has launched very successfully and we expect this to continue.'
