Mr Welch, who is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has a degree in computer science, joins the business after seven years of service at CFC Solutions. His career history also includes a spell at vehicle leasing company Lex Autolease and in Madrid as a customer services representative for telecommunications company Alcatel.
