The scheme encourages workers to opt for a healthier, more carbon-friendly way of getting to work by offering up to 50% off the cost of a bike and its equipment, for a value of up to £1,000, spread over 12 months interest free through salary sacrifice.

As well as helping employees to save money on their transport costs, the company says that the scheme will help them to improve their general health and will reduce their carbon footprint.
