The new website – www.fleetsavingcalculator.com – uses data entered by the user to calculate the level of cost savings made by installing the Battery Guard System.

Intellitec's sales & marketing director Duncan Hughes stated: 'Our target is to reach out to as many organisations as possible, quickly showing the large cost reductions that can be achieved across a vehicle fleet. The user simply inputs a number of key details such as fleet size and mileage into the website & the online service calculates the approximate savings achievable.' 

The product forms part of the firm's DC line-up, which includes the Cargo Light Controller and the Isolator Relay Delay products, also aimed at commercial, public transport and emergency services fleets.

Intellitec is also a distributor for a number of inverter and charger manufacturers such as Victron Energy, Xantrex and Sterling Power.
