By / 13 years ago / Latest News / No Comments

The replacement to the Sonata, the i40 Tourer will be available in three main trim levels (Active, Style and Premium) with the choice of three engines – 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre petrols and a 1.7-litre diesel with 113bhp or 134bhp – and manual or automatic transmission.

Hyundai’s Blue Drive technologies – incorporating Intelligent Stop & Go technology – are fitted as standard on all Active derivatives, and on the Style 1.7 CRDi 134bhp Blue Drive model, resulting in CO2 emissions of 119g/km.

Standard features include 16-inch alloys, Bluetooth connectivity with voice recognition, leather steering wheel with audio controls, electric heated door mirrors with integrated LED indicators, electric front and rear windows and electric parking brake with automatic hold function. In addition, all i40 models come with Hyundai's Five Year Triple Care assurance.

The model will be priced from £18,395 on the road for the 1.6 GDi Blue Drive Active. Pricing starts from £19,395 for the 113bhp 1.7 CRDi diesel and £20,195 for the 134bhp version.

The i40 Tourer will be joined by a four-door saloon later this year.  Prices for the saloon will be released closer to the launch date.
